After gaining experience as the Chief Financial and Facilities Officer, Mr. Seawright began working in the educational arena as the fiscal management leader. He assisted in the creation of streamlined budgets for well over $200 million per year. He additionally prioritized infrastructures with quality construction including schools. He managed in excess of $600 million for the renovations of existing structures and the development of new structures.
Kevin Seawright spent over ten years in pubic service before his transition into the private sector. He then served Tito Contractors in several administrative director roles in Washington, D.C. During his time with the company, he managed and developed the annual budgets and made certain both the operational efficiency and quality for the business were ensured.
Mr. Seawright works hard to help residents who believed home ownership was impossible succeed.
